Hate Crime Fund

A student who was going to major in Business Administration in University got an attack from a Bastard as well as criminal who majored in Humanity without majoring in Business nor Science in University after failing University entrance exam 3 times without any manipulation and Her genetically white skin became the direct or indirectly cause of getting an attack.

There are Some people in society who hate another people including totally unknown people who have never had a talk with him or her and who attack that kind of people without manipulation.
